Acupuncture
Initial Visit
The Initial visit lasts approximately 90 min. It will include a review of medical history, a Chinese medicine diagnosis and constitutional assessment. Most initial visits include acupuncture treatments, and may include Herbal Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, Lifestyle and Exercise recommendations.
Follow-up Visit
The Follow up visit typically lasts 60 min. It includes a review of symptoms to track the progress of the treatments, and a continuation of the treatment plan (usually includes Acupuncture). The frequency of follow up visits depends on the patient and their condition. All patients who are under regular care will receive a detailed seasonal nutritional recommendation, which is individually tailored. Follow up visits include acupuncture treatments, and may include Herbal Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, Lifestyle and Exercise recommendations.

Shiatsu is a Japanese style of Acupressure Massage. Patients often find it both relaxing and energizing. 60 min. and 90 min. sessions are available. It may be done as a stand alone treatment or it may be combined with other types of office visits.
